Project management.

"In teamwork, silence isn't golden, it's deadly." - Mark Sanborn.

Documentation.

Organized docs are a high priority for any project. Properly labeled pages, boards, and slide decks are critical in the realms of project communications and workflow. A smooth sail is a guarantee if weekly retrospectives include docs reviews. I pay equal attention to the complex CRM as well and paper clip holding meeting handwritten notes.

Teamwork

Teamwork.

Practicing Servant Leadership for the team is the critical ingredient to reach successful collaboration and communications. Understanding the workflow helps to establish harmonious ideas exchange between the team members. Face-to-face communications are ideal, but the Covid era has a new spin to play out. What can I say, "The show must go on!"

Agile.

In constant evolution on project management, staying current with the latest practices is the key. Completing my Agile certification with the Project Management Institute has helped me understand why mixing methods is beneficial. My approach to the "Agile Cocktail" is simple: continuously adapt, build value, achieve results, succeed, repeat.
